Participating in the 2023 CAHPS® Home and Community-Based Services Survey Database Webcast
This webcast provided information about participating in the 2023 CAHPS Home and Community Based Services (HCBS CAHPS) Survey Database. Speakers reviewed the HCBS CAHPS Survey and discuss the benefits and steps involved in participating. The database will display results by State and HCBS program types. Voluntary data submission opens August 5-23, 2024, to all states and is free.
The HCBS CAHPS Survey Database is a joint project between the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

In real life this doesn't happen but I wish it did.. this is the reason I got into nursing although I'm not a nurse but I work with nurses. Thank you for making this video. The vital pieces of information about Mrs. Smith' s care did not fall in the cracks of a busy day . Information down to top and horizontal went through successfully. the best thing was to see everyone taking part in the care and not just the RN alone. Open communication allowed team members to resolve misunderstanding among them professionally. a great tool indeed.

Exactly. I am a relatively new nurse but I've worked as a nursing assistant before I became an RN in various settings and I've never seen nurses round with nursing assistants like that and introduce themselves together. This video is basically perfect world/NCLEX setting.
